        Conceptual design for a modern take of a shopping center, located in the Oak Leaf Area of Jacksonville Florida. The design focuses on allowing access from all sides of the building. The westside is adjacent to the busy traffic street in the area. The northside houses the main parking for the shopping center. The eastside has an exterior patio that connects a dessert cafe and a small restaurant. The southside has access to allow for quick pick up and drop off of the patrons. In the center of it all is an interior green space courtyard, allowing for man and nature to connect in a controlled environment.
